Salt-glazed stoneware crock featuring a hand-painted cobalt blue script numeral ‘4’ on the front. The piece has a cylindrical form with a thick rolled rim and two applied lug handles. The interior is finished with an Albany-type slip glaze. Shows a vertical hairline crack extending from the rim and some surface staining. 12″ H x 11″ dia.R6.S3
