German WWII Wehrmacht M34 cavalry saddle. Constructed of dark brown leather with padded underside. Features metal hardware and a stamped maker’s mark ‘dde 44’ on the leather flap, indicating production by Robert Larsen, Berlin in 1944. Shows heavy we ar, including cracking to the leather, fraying to the stitching, and deterioration of the internal padding. 21×43″. R4.S3
