Japanese Kutani porcelain dish of lobed triangular form, hand-painted with shishi (lion dogs) and scrolling karakusa vines in polychrome enamels and gilt. Features a four-character blue underglaze mark on the base. Measures 8″ x 9″. Condition: Mino wear to gilding and small chips along the rim as pictured. R.I.3.S4
