Lot of two vintage softcover art books on the New York School. Includes Henry Geldzahler’s ‘New York Painting and Sculpture: 1940-1970’ (E. P. Dutton, 1969, First Edition) and Maurice Tuchman’s ‘New York School The First Generation’ (New York Graphic Society, revised edition of 1965 catalog). Both show cover wear, creasing, and discoloration. Geldzahler book has a ‘JAMES D. JOHNSTON’ stamp. R.G.1.S3
