Hand-painted porcelain portrait vase featuring a depiction of Empress Josephine. The piece has a green and orange gradient ground with gilded accents on the rim, handles, and base. Marked on the underside with a red swallow mark and ‘Austria’. Measur es 5.5″ ht. Shows crazing throughout, a small chip to the base, and wear to the gilding. R.EF.S2
