A mouth-blown and hand-polished art glass bowl shaped like a floppy sun hat, produced by Block Crystal. Features a blue and white spiral stripe pattern with a black glass band and a yellow applied glass flower. Retains original factory label. In good condition with no visible chips or cracks and bowl measures 4 x 7″ R.I.3.S2
