Description
An antique octagonal 16-panel slag glass lamp shade, attributed to Miller or Miller style. The shade features a patinated cast metal frame with intricate Art Nouveau or Arts and Crafts style scrollwork and foliate motifs. The frame encloses numerousopaque, swirled slag glass panels, displaying variations of cream, amber, and brown hues. There are no visible manufacturer’s marks or identifying text.. Measures 17.5 inches in diameter and 8.25 inches long. Some glass panels show cracking and chips, with visible wear to the metal frame.
