Description
A blue milk glass hen on nest covered dish. The piece measures 5 3/8″ x 4 1/4″ in an oval shape and stands 4.5″ tall with the lid in place. The lower bowl features a basketweave design, with a beaded edge on the rim, complementing the detailed hend. The hen displays intricate feather details and a white head atop a blue body. Marking ‘5’ is visible on the inside of the bowl. Condition shows minor imperfections and chips near the tips of the hen’s tail/feathers and some light wear around therim. Suitable for display or collection.
