Description
1892 volume titled ‘The Works of George Eliot: Middlemarch and Daniel Deronda, Volume II.’ Published by Peter Fenelon Collier, New York. Hardcover edition with black boards and gold text reading ‘George Eliot’ on the cover. Spine shows wear and partial detachment, with visible binding and missing material at the edges. Inner pages are yellowed with age, but text remains legible. Includes title page, table of contents, and text for parts of ‘Middlemarch.’ Significant wear is visible on the cover and spine due to age; pages show minor tears and some foxing, consistent with condition for a book of this time period.
